Precision Diagnostics for Structural Integrity

A bridge is a dynamic structure, constantly subjected to stress from traffic, weather, and environmental factors. A thorough, regular inspection is the most critical component of any asset management plan. It is the first line of defense against deterioration, allowing for proactive maintenance that is safer, more cost-effective, and less disruptive than reactive, emergency repairs.

At BridgeCore, we treat inspections as a science. Our certified inspectors combine decades of hands-on experience with the most advanced diagnostic technologies to provide a comprehensive health assessment of your structure. We don't just find problems; we provide the actionable data you need to make informed decisions about the future of your infrastructure.

Our Inspection Methods

Our fleet of high-resolution drones and specialized robotic crawlers can access even the most challenging and dangerous areas of a bridge. This technology provides unparalleled visual data of the superstructure, substructure, and deck without the need for costly lane closures or dangerous man-lifts, significantly improving safety and efficiency.

To understand the health of a structure beyond its surface, we employ a suite of NDT methods. This includes Ultrasonic Testing (UT) to detect internal flaws in steel, Ground-Penetrating Radar (GPR) to assess concrete deck conditions, and Rebound Hammer tests to evaluate concrete strength, all without damaging the structure itself.

Our certified commercial diving teams are equipped with advanced sonar and video equipment to conduct thorough inspections of piers, abutments, and foundations below the waterline. We assess for scour, deterioration, and undermining, providing a complete picture of the bridge's stability.
